NFL 2024 Divisional Round Playoffs – Game Picks Spreads Predictions

Interesting week as Vegas and The Algorithm see things a bit differently in three of the four games. Vegas seems to be making Kansas City & Detroit larger favorites than the Algorithm. This could be due to Vegas adding points to the bye teams power ratings. It would appear that value is between 3 – 4 points.

The Philadelphia – LA Rams game is the opposite. The Algorithm sees the Eagles as large favorites while Vegas has them at -5.5. The Algorithm and Vegas agree that the Buffalo Baltimore games is a virtual toss up.

Home teams went 5 – 1 in the Wild Card round, and favorites were 4 – 2. Washington was the only away team to win or cover. Houston won outright as a home dog.

Playoffs – Wildcard Weekend Games Against The Spread 3 – 3

The Algorithm split the Wildcard Weekend schedule going 3 – 3. The Washington win being the one close game, which the Algorithm correctly sniffed out seeing a line error of only 0.37 points.
