2025 NFL Draft – Team Draft Equity – Which Team Has The Most Draft Firepower
In order to find out which teams have the most draft equity in the 2025 NFL Draft, we need to assign a value to every pick. To do that we are going to use the Johnson-Hill Trade Chart that has been used in every article.

It is a synthesis of the Johnson Trade Chart and HIll Trade Chart that most NFL teams use when tradin draft picks. Every draft pick has a value between 2 – 3000. The team that owns the pick is listed. Blue picks were acquired via trade prior to the 2025 offseason. Pick picks were acquired during this recent Free Agency and pre draft period. Johnson-Hill Trade Chart
Now thanks to som excelpivot tables, we can find out how much total equity each team has. The chart below shows:
- Team
- Total amount of draft equity in points
- Round 1 draft pick value (every team has 1 1st round pick this year, SO FAR)
- The amount of equity and picks in round 2 through 7
- The amount of picks and equity in the Top 150 picks
- THE CHART IS SORTED BY 1ST ROUND PICK VALUE
The color coding should help show which teams have excess picks and equity. Values in white are the columns average value, and the intensity of shading shows how much more or less equity or picks a team has compared to the average.

- Tennessee
- Cleveland
- NY Giants
- New England
- Jacksonvillle
Essentially the value of their 1st round picks is so much that a team would need a lot of extra picks to crack the top 5. Chicago(pick 10) has the 7th most amount of draft equity and Seattle(pick 17) the 12th most right above Dallas.

- Minnesota
- LA Rams
- Pittsburgh
- Detroit
- Philadelphia
The Vikings are really hurting in the equity department. Their first round pick is almost all their total equity. Buffalo(pick 30) sits in a nice position with the 20th most draft equity. With 10 picks they could find some valueable pieces or be in a position to make a deal.
2025 NFL Draft – Top 5 Teams With The Most Picks
San Francisco, LA Chargers, Miami and Baltimore all have 11 total picks.
Cleveland, Jacksonville, Las Vegas, Dallas & Buffalo all have 10 total picks.
2025 NFL Draft – Top 5 Teams With The Least Picks
Minnesota has a measly 4 picks, as does Atlanta. No team has only 5 picks, but Arizaona, Cincinnati, Tampa Bay, Houston, Washington, & Pittsburgh all have only 6 picks.
2025 NFL Draft – Top 5 Teams With Most Top 150 Picks
Jacksonville, Carolina, & San Francisco all have 7 picks in the Top 150. New England, Las Vegas, New Orleans, & Miami all have 6 picks in the Top 150.
Atlanta, Pittsburgh, Minnesota, & Washington all 3 picks in the Top 150.
